Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Agility Peak Physical Therapy, you will:

• Consult with patients to assess their physical condition, understand their symptoms, and identify specific rehabilitation needs.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Educate patients in the proper application of therapeutic exercises, helping them understand techniques that promote healing and recovery.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, including stimulation and massage, to alleviate pain and facilitate the healing process.
• Assist patients with equipment like wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring they are comfortable and safe while regaining mobility.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records, track progress against treatment goals, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and exercises to further enhance recovery efforts.

Your work will encompass a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

While we require a minimum of two years of physical therapy experience, candidates with advanced skills in manual therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, or pediatrics will be given preference. Experience in home health care is a plus, but we are willing to provide mentorship to new graduates passionate about home care.
