Work Environment

This position is onsite, fostering a hands-on approach to patient care in the comfort of patients' homes. As part of the Honor Physical Therapy team, you will work in diverse environments and encounter a variety of patient cases, from orthopedics to neurological conditions. Your work hours will typically range around 40 hours per week, including some flexibility for weekend coverage as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, needs, and treatment goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, adhering to professional standards and clinical guidelines.
• Document all treatments, patient progress, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational regulations.
• Consult with other healthcare providers regarding a patient's care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated health solutions.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, rehabilitation protocols, and strategies for successful recovery and self-management.
• Participate in leadership and community outreach programs, promoting physical therapy awareness and enhancing community health.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, including physical therapist assistants and aides, ensuring high-quality patient care is maintained across all interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, in-services, and other learning opportunities to stay current in best practices and treatment innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Honor Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including elderly individuals, sports injury patients, and those recovering from surgeries or other medical conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
