About the Role

The Company is seeking Senior Managing Directors for its investment banking division. The successful candidates will be responsible for originating and leading M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements. This role requires the development and expansion of relationships with a diverse range of clients, including business owners, executives, private equity sponsors, family offices, and strategic acquirers. The ideal candidates will have a strong and demonstrable origination track record, with at least 15 years' experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance, and a consistent history of sourcing, marketing, and closing middle-market transactions. Candidates for the Senior Managing Director position should be current industry leaders with deep sector expertise and a significant network of relationships. The role involves driving revenue growth through new business development and client expansion initiatives, as well as serving as a senior advisor to clients on strategic, financial, and transactional matters. Strong leadership, business development, relationship management, and team-building capabilities are essential, as is the ability to generate significant annual fee revenue and operate as a market-facing leader. The successful candidates will also be expected to mentor and develop junior and mid-level investment banking professionals and collaborate with sector and product specialists to deliver best-in-class client solutions.
