About the Role The role involves providing project or program support to a functional group or business process, monitoring program/project/system status, budgets and timetables, and applying operational knowledge to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures. The position requires gathering and compiling information for reports and providing technical support, which may include program/system training, documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding. Responsibilities Provide project or program support to a functional group or business process. Monitor program/project/system status, budgets and timetables. Apply knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures. Gather and compile information for reports. Provide technical support, including program/system training, documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Salary ranges for U.S. locations (excluding Puerto Rico) are USD $48,000 – $82,000, based on experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity and geographic location.
