Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of families and couples to identify the underlying issues impacting their relationships and functioning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline tailored approaches for addressing specific concerns, guided by best practices in family therapy.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, employing various therapeutic modalities to promote relational healing and growth.

• Provide educational resources to clients, helping them understand the implications of certain behaviors on their family dynamics.

• Collaborate with clients to identify and pursue actionable steps toward achieving their therapeutic goals, while regularly evaluating progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with diverse families and couples, addressing a variety of issues including communication difficulties, marital stress, parenting challenges, and mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold all state-mandated licenses, including a valid LMFT credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
