Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your clinical insight to conduct thorough assessments of patients' and families' psychosocial needs, subsequently developing personalized plans of care that align with their goals.

• Regularly organize and prioritize your workflow by evaluating the needs of new, current, and transitioning clients to ensure they receive timely and appropriate care.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, employing evidence-based practices and individualized strategies.

• Administer assessments that guide the development of treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Employ brief solution-focused therapy techniques and implement harm reduction strategies, adapting your approach based on clients' feedback and progress.

• Offer crisis intervention, bereavement support, and other necessary social work interventions, demonstrating empathy and patience in high-stress situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

• A current State Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent credential.

• Proficient problem-solving abilities that enable you to navigate complex clinical situations with confidence.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience working as a Marriage and Family Therapist in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in community health settings, as well as those who have a demonstrated ability to work with at-risk populations and address health equity issues. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and techniques is also advantageous in ensuring effective remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
