Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver sessions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address key mental health topics, fostering a sense of community and mutual support among participants.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment and management of patient issues.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, offering immediate support and guidance.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and resources available within the community.

• Maintain meticulous documentation adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. The ability to communicate effectively with a multicultural patient base is essential, as it helps to build trust and rapport, which are crucial for effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Current and valid licensing as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
