Environmental Services Supervisor

Leading day-to-day administrative operations remotely, the full-time Nuclear Services Admin Supervisor will manage payroll, billing, and employee onboarding processes while supervising a small administrative team to ensure efficient support for field operations and leadership. Key responsibilities Oversee administrative functions and improve workflows to enhance operational efficiency Manage payroll and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain compliance with company policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of administrative or operations support experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role Experience in payroll, billing, and workforce administration processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
