Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support the daily operations of our overseas warehouse facility in Houston. The ideal candidate will assist with warehouse coordination, inventory management, customer communication, and project administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily warehouse and project operations. Coordinate receiving, inventory control, quality inspection, order picking, cycle counting, and outbound shipments.
- Monitor inventory movement and order fulfillment progress. Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and inventory documentation. Communicate with customers regarding inbound shipments, outbound orders, inventory status, and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate project and operational data records. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required. Support warehouse organization and maintain 5S standards within the warehouseand yard areas. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
