Oakbrook Corporation is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to lead operations at Meadow Ridge Apartments, a beautiful 95-unit multifamily apartment community in Middleton, Wisconsin. Built in 2017, Meadow Ridge offers modern apartment living in one of the Madison area's most desirable communities.If you're a relationship-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating exceptional resident experiences, this is an opportunity to join a company that values integrity, accountability, and professional growth.At Oakbrook, property management is more than maintaining apartments-it's about building communities, fostering connections, and creating places people are proud to call home.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team membersLead, coach, and support onsite staff to ensure operational excellenceBuild and maintain positive relationships with residents, owners, contractors, and vendorsManage leasing activities and marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy levelsOversee resident move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident retention effortsReview leases and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulationsMonitor property performance and assist with budgeting, expense control, and financial reportingReview invoices, coding, and payment approvalsCoordinate resident communications and address concerns promptly and professionallyConduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and community standardsPartner with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of service requests and unit turnsAssist with delinquency management and collections processesRespond to property emergencies as neededDemonstrate and uphold Oakbrook's values in all interactionsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious residential property management experienceSupervisory or team leadership experienceStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlinesExperience with property management software and Microsoft Office applicationsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to perform regular property inspections with or without reasonable accommodationPreferred QualificationsExperience managing multifamily apartment communitiesAffordable Housing/LIHTC (Section 42) experienceBudgeting and financial reporting experienceProperty management software experienceWhy Join Oakbrook Corporation?At Oakbrook, you'll find more than a job-you'll find a career with a company that values your contributions and supports your success.We offer:Competitive compensationPerformance -based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesSupportive leadership and collaborative culture
