Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, setting and working collaboratively with clients to achieve meaningful treatment goals.

• Facilitating communication and collaboration with other treatment providers, community organizations, and placement agencies to enhance comprehensive care.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, session notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse adult and adolescent clients facing a range of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. You will be responsible for tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client while helping them develop coping strategies and skills essential for long-term success.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
