Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence AnalystWorking under the direct supervision of the Business Intelligence Manager, the Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Tableau and Excel, performing advanced data analysis and trend identification, and proactively deriving insights to support the business needs and supporting with lead generation activity.The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:Advanced Technical Support & Application EngineeringDesign, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Analytics Studio, or similar platforms.Utilize internal and external data sources to identify and validate potential leads aligned with ideal customer profiles and buyer personas, providing Business Development Representatives with high-quality prospect data to support targeted business development efforts.Partner with Sales, Finance, and business stakeholders to support sales incentive compensation calculations, performance measurement, and annual sales goal planning processes.Develop AI and Machine learning driven forecasting models to support strategic planning and business performance improvement.Analyze prospecting activities, campaign performance, customer engagement data, and sales funnel metrics to identify opportunities for pipeline growth.Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and data management.Gather and analyze data to help management evaluate potential business growth opportunities and/or performance of existing initiativesExplore how the organization is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing team members and collecting quantitative data. Use data modeling techniques to identify ways in which the organization can operate more effectivelyTravel Requirements:Up to 10% travel based on customer demand, within the AmericasEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, or EconomicsStrong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, and PowerPoint)Knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau3 years of experience with data manipulationExperience with AI analytics toolsThe individual must be comfortable navigating and leveraging ambiguous data environments (i.e., reaching out to internal stakeholders, communicating the desired ask, pull data, data mine etc.).
