Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Guideline Health Care Center, you will:

• Conduct assessments and therapeutic sessions with couples and families, providing individual counseling as needed.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address a range of issues, including relationship conflicts, grief, adjustment to separation or divorce, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to support family dynamics and resolve conflicts among family members.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including interfacing with primary care providers as necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, encompassing adults, children, and adolescents. Your focus will include assisting families dealing with:

• Physical and psychological abuse

\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce

• Stress stemming from job and medical challenges

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
