Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional strengths, and areas for growth, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the clients' assessment outcomes and personal goals, integrating evidence-based practices into each plan.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Monitor and document clients' therapeutic progress diligently, utilizing our electronic health record systems to maintain accurate records and adjust treatment interventions as necessary.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate care that addresses both psychological needs and medical considerations effectively.

• Actively advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they have access to essential mental health services and community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental health journeys.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards of practice by maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to the regulations set forth by state licensing boards and professional organizations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload.
