We're looking for an experienced and confident Medical Assistant Home Visits who thrives in independent, fast paced, and ever changing environments. This unique role allows you to bring care directly to patients across Reno -whether in within patients' homes, mobile clinic settings, or partnered provider offices. The Medical Assistant performs a variety of back office activities to assist providers in conducting quality clinics, including administering injections, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, quality surveys and various other procedures. Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains established quality control standards. $4,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 30 days!) 10% shift differential pay Overtime eligible at time and half Annual performance bonus potential Paid Time Off + 8 Paid Holidays (starts accruing immediately) Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance (eligible within 30 days) Career development and training for other roles you may be interested in 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan Education Reimbursement Employee Discounts What You'll Do Work independently as the primary MA in a variety of environments Complete in home patient visits and embedded visits in partnered offices Travel throughout Northern Nevada to deliver compassionate, high-quality support wherever it's needed Adapt quickly to different workflows, settings, and patient needs Supporting our fully equipped mobile clinic, providing hands-on patient care as needed Represent our team with professionalism, flexibility, and a passion for community care Who You Are An MA with solid hands on clinical experience Comfortable working solo and confident making decisions in the field Flexible, patient-centered, and energized by variety in your daily work Someone who enjoys travel, meeting people, and providing care in unique settings Primary Responsibilities: Deliver excellent patient service Administer injections and medications Perform phlebotomy and diagnostic testing Support clinical procedures and patient care Conducting quality screenings and surveys You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High school graduate or GED Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or relevant experience Current CPR and / or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire Access to reliable transportation Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
