Business Development Representative

WestPro Home Exteriors is expanding our Commercial/Multi-Family division and hiring a Business Development Representative to build relationships with HOA property managers and multi-family communities across the Colorado Front Range. This is a relationship-driven, in-person role. You'll be the primary point of contact between WestPro and the property managers who control a pipeline of large-scale roofing and siding projects. Success here comes from consistent prospecting, follow-through, and the ability to operate independently. Compensation

• Base salary: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience
• On-Target Earnings: approximately $95,000–$115,000
• Top performers: $125,000–$175,000+
• Company vehicle, phone, and computer provided

Responsibilities

• Prospect Property/HOA Managers and multi-family decision-makers daily
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships through in-person visits, phone, and digital nurture
• Manage a structured visit calendar across an assigned territory
• Host and attend lunch & learns and industry networking events
• Manage an annual outreach budget of $30,000
• Track pipeline activity and outcomes
• Report to and collaborate with Sales Leadership within the department

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business
• Strong personal accountability and performance orientation
• Resilience in the face of rejection and a consistent prospecting cadence
• Ability to manage a budget and calendar independently
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
