This role operates within a climate-controlled remote setting that supports flexible work hours. The LCSW will have daily interactions with a dynamic team of healthcare providers and support staff. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to accurately diagnose and track patients' mental health conditions.
\n
• Implement and adjust interventions and strategies that align with clinical guidelines and support mental health improvement.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of treatment records and reports to comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Coordinate with patients and their families to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan is in place that addresses the patient's unique needs and cultural considerations.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed and act as a central link in the patients' care journey.
\n
• Educate and mentor students, interns, and volunteers, sharing insights and practices to foster their professional development.

• Participate in peer review and collaborate with clinical supervisors to ensure best practices are maintained within the team environment.

This position primarily serves individuals and families navigating the challenges of a cancer diagnosis. The LCSW will be responsible for addressing both the psychological and emotional repercussions inherent to this experience. Compensation and Benefits\n
