Direct Mail-in Repair Associate

The Direct Mail-in Repair Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and shipping of devices mailed in by subscribers in a timely manner. The DMIR Associate reviews our daily customer commitments are met by ensuring product is accurately moved into and out of the department and inspection orders are created as needed to clear priorities. Starting Pay - $16.25, per hour + quarterly incentive Primary Responsibilities: Assist in Investigating Correct Sales Order and Correct type of return Confirm Original Equipment (Salvage) and Product Returns (Devices shipped by Asurion) For Product Returns: Correct Vendor, PO and Receipt Date Research and Identify devices, i.e. unlocking devices (such as I Phones, Net Books, Tablets) to locate ESN/MEID/IMEI Collect and return subscriber equipment (i.e. misdirected returns, memory cards, accessories, personal items and mail back to subscribers as requested. Unlock device and wipe data prior to repair processing. Properly label and secure devices that cannot be unlocked or wiped. Package, track, and ship repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. The DMIR Associate must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a repetitive motion. This person must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work: This position is a full-time, hourly role. Workdays and hours may vary.
