CRM Coordinator

Virtual Vocations Inc

A company is looking for a CRM Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support for their Customer Relationship Management platform. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry, import, and cleanup tasks to maintain CRM accuracy Assist with monitoring and resolving data integrity issues and user inquiries Support configuration updates and maintain CRM documentation and training materials Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in administrative support, data entry, or technical systems preferred Familiarity with databases or CRM tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and web-based technologies
