About the Role

This role requires a leader with a proven track record in building operational systems, enhancing financial planning, and leading diverse teams with high emotional intelligence. Experience in mission-driven environments and a deep understanding of government programs or compliance-driven markets are preferred. Key responsibilities for the CEO include strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial leadership, and team development. The role demands a leader who can build and implement scalable operational systems, improve planning and forecasting, and ensure operational readiness for significant annual growth. The CEO will also be tasked with enhancing the company's market reputation, maintaining a high-quality customer experience, and managing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience leading organizations of 30 to 100+ employees, be adept at fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and be capable of leading in a remote, distributed workforce environment.
