Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education Administrator or Director certification (or eligibility)
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher, Education Director, or in related leadership
• Strong knowledge of state and federal special education laws, IEP processes, and compliance requirements

• Ability to build positive relationships with teachers, staff, and families
