Responsibilities Assist in the management of all kitchen operations and daily service execution Lead, coach, and develop culinary team members to achieve operational excellence Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to recipes and standards Monitor and maintain food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and cost controls Support labor management and scheduling initiatives Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu execution, seasonal features, and special events Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume steakhouse, fine dining, or upscale restaurant environment Extensive knowledge of premium steaks, seafood, and classic steakhouse preparations Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Proven ability to manage food costs, labor costs, and inventory controls Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality standards Passion for hospitality, culinary innovation, and guest satisfaction Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Required Skills Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. Preferred Skills Extensive knowledge of premium steaks, seafood, and classic steakhouse preparations.
