Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations using standardized tools to accurately gauge clients' mental health conditions and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that take into account each client's unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and solution-focused methodologies to foster growth and resilience.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating calmness and proficiency in high-stress situations to safeguard clients' wellbeing.

• Participate in continuous professional development initiatives, such as workshops or webinars, to stay abreast of evolving therapeutic practices and mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By creating a compassionate and non-judgmental environment, you enable clients to explore and navigate their experiences, working collaboratively towards achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which are vital in establishing rapport and trust with clients.

• Ability to display compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude, fundamental qualities in effective therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring high-quality care delivery.

• No history of disciplinary actions on regulatory board.
