Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Atmore Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, leading to the development of effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Providing consultations to healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients.
• Implementing evidence-based treatment interventions, reassessing patient progress, and modifying plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Documenting clinical findings accurately and timely in compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Facilitating effective communication among the interdisciplinary treatment team, patients, and their families to ensure all parties are informed and involved in care decisions.
• Engaging in community outreach initiatives and participating in continuous quality improvement efforts to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Mentoring and supervising support staff, including PTAs and student interns, to foster professional growth within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of electronic medical records systems and word processing software.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
