Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved. • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
• Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
• Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
• Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
• Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
• Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans

• Coordinate all aspects of the real estate transaction from contract to close, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

• Schedule and manage home inspections, repairs, and other necessary appointments to keep the transaction on track.

• Assist with the preparation and organization of escrow documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust.

• Monitor and track transaction timelines, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.

• Review and confirm that all offers and counteroffers are approved and documented appropriately.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
• High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
• Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
• Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
• Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license
