You’ll work closely with the Chef to lead the kitchen, maintain standards, develop the team, and ensure the restaurant is ready for every service.

What You'll Do

• Help lead daily kitchen operations and service

• Work hands on with the culinary team during prep and service

• Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and quality control

• Maintain consistency in taste, portions, and presentation

• Train, coach, and support kitchen team members

• Keep prep areas and workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked

• Monitor ticket times and step in wherever needed

• Assist with ordering, receiving, inventory, and product rotation

• Help control food waste and kitchen costs

• Support specials, prep planning, and menu execution

• Maintain strong food safety and sanitation standards

• Lead the kitchen when the Chef is unavailable

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Lead Cook, or similar kitchen leader

• Strong cooking skills and understanding of professional kitchen operations

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant environment

• Reliable, organized, and able to stay composed during busy service

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

• A hands on leadership style and willingness to lead by example

• Food safety certification preferred
