Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including evaluating their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning with their unique goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and document all relevant information per ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice.

You will primarily work with clients who are facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
