Personal Assistant to UHNW Family - $125K-$200K + Bonus! Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an UHNW family. The Personal Assistant will work out of the home office/personal residence of the Principal and will require movement and travel around NYC as needed Responsibilities Include Provide administrative assistance to Principal and family as needed; will collaborate with Executive Assistant in the office Schedule all appointments and meetings Take notes during meetings to ensure timely follow‑up on action items Manage personal correspondence including drafting thank you notes and arranging gifts Handle personal travel for Principal/family including flights, ground transportation, visas when necessary and hotels, will include private aviation at times Plan and coordinate family events, dinners and gatherings Oversee household staff including scheduling, supervision and ensuring high standards of service and professionalism Communicate and occasionally work with staff at other homes or work with estate managers on special projects/events Conduct thorough research and compile reports to support informed decision‑making Perform personal errands including: gift‑buying, handling returns or things to be dropped off/delivered around the city Requirements Include Minimum of 10 years of experience with a proven track record of PA support in the home supporting an UHNW individual and family. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality to the highest degree and discretion in all circumstances.
