Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a remote work setting, primarily utilizing telehealth services. Our therapists benefit from a flexible schedule, typically operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While most appointments are conducted online, some flexibility may be required to cater to patient needs. Our telehealth platform ensures that you can deliver quality mental health care from the comfort of your own workspace, while still feeling connected with your colleagues through regular virtual meetings and collaborative care approaches.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments based on patients' personal and sociocultural backgrounds to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the diverse needs of each patient, addressing their unique experiences and concerns.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on addressing specific mental health challenges, promoting resilience, and enhancing overall well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, including medication management and skill-building strategies.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and connecting them to appropriate resources.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to foster informed decision-making and agency in their care.

• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation in electronic health records, adhering to legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a multicultural patient base, allowing you to impact individuals from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds, as well as those identifying as LGBTQ+. You will encounter patients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity-related concerns. Your ability to provide tailored, culturally sensitive care will play a vital role in addressing and supporting the unique challenges experienced by these populations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• Proven expertise in understanding a variety of mental health disorders and implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches in a culturally responsive manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n
