Accounts Receivables Clerk

Account Receivable Clerk Needed in San Dimas, CA. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Pay: $26.00 Job Description Process customer invoices and post payments accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor outstanding accounts, follow up on past-due balances, and assist with collections activities Reconcile customer accounts and investigate billing discrepancies to ensure accurate records. Maintain detailed accounts receivable records and generate aging and payment status reports. Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve payment issues and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting software/ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
