We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Services Representative to join our growing team. This position serves as an important first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and positive patient experience while supporting daily front office operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet, check in, and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Verify patient demographic and insurance information

Maintain accurate patient records while protecting patient confidentiality

Collect copays, payments, and other patient balances

Respond to patient questions and provide assistance with general office needs

Assist with scheduling and other patient service functions as needed

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, customer service, or medical office experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic computer and phone system proficiency

Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus
