Territory Manager

Our client offers site fencing and other related site products across North America. With Dallas distribution supporting the territory, this is an opportunity to help build a new market and take ownership of its growth.

About the Role

Data Center Construction Sales |Dallas • Home-based with regular statewide travel $90,000 base salary + uncapped commission + business mileage reimbursement Build a territory. Win new business. Make an impact. Our client is looking for a driven field sales professional to grow its presence in the Dallas data center construction market. You’ll open doors, build contractor relationships and turn project opportunities into sales, with the autonomy to plan your territory and support from our internal sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Find upcoming and active data center projects, understand site needs and connect with the people making purchasing decisions.
• Visit contractors and job sites, build relationships with site teams and procurement contacts, and win new accounts.
• Manage opportunities from first contact through quotation, follow-up and close.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate orders and delivery, keep HubSpot up to date and plan your travel efficiently.

Qualifications

• A Dallas base, willingness to travel regularly statewide, a valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle.

Required Skills

• A track record of winning new business in outside B2B sales in construction products, equipment or a related field. Building materials, temporary fencing and site security backgrounds are particularly relevant.
• The confidence to prospect independently, build contractor relationships and close sales, backed by organized follow-up and good CRM habits.
• A practical, resilient and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage your own time and territory.

Preferred Skills

• Data center experience and existing Dallas contractor contacts are a plus, not a requirement.
• Strong transferable construction sales experience matters, and you can learn our products, systems and data center buying processes after joining.

Pay range and compensation package

• $90,000 base salary + uncapped commission + business mileage reimbursement.
• Earn a $90,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission, with reimbursement for business mileage.
