Sales Administration Representative

Smoky Mountain Distributors is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Sales Administration Representative to join our team in Sevierville, TN.

The Administration Representative is to serve as a face-to-face liaison with guests and support the day-to-day administrative needs of our organization's Sales team.

Essential duties and tasks include but are not limited to guest check-in, tour reception, reporting, contract processing, credit qualification, cash handling, light housekeeping, and other duties assigned based on company needs.

• Previous vacation ownership/travel club support experience is a plus.
• Ability to personalize interactions with customers.
• Team player.
• Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and tourist hot spots.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking.
• Proficient in technology applications such as MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of customer service preferred.
• Two years of experience in vacation ownership, travel club, or timeshare support preferred.
• Two years of experience in vacation ownership, travel club, or timeshare contracts experience preferred.
• Intermediate technology proficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite. Must have the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leadership team.
