Position Overview for the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Work with different departments
- Work in a high-volume environment
- Administer purchase order invoice process
- Document and communicate resolutions
- Making sure all data entered is correct and documented appropriately
Required Experience for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 3+ years' experience processing Accounts Payable (A/P)
- Experience with invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports
- High School Diploma required
- Experience with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy
- SAP Preferred
