Position Overview

Mobility Works Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our vibrant Orlando clinic. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package. Work Environment

Located in the heart of Orlando, Florida, our outpatient facility is designed to create a welcoming and healing environment for both patients and staff. You will work collaboratively with a team of like-minded therapists who are committed to professional development and excellence in patient care. This onsite role includes a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations, disabilities, and pain levels, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and rehabilitation strategies that align with established state practice acts and healthcare regulations.

• Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques to monitor progress and adapt treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.

• Document patients' evaluations, treatment regimens, and progress notes accurately and promptly. This includes creating initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, interim progress summaries, and clear discharge plans.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to coordinate care and refer patients as needed for additional medical or rehabilitative services.

• Participate in professional development activities, including attending staff meetings, conferences, and educational in-services.

• Maintain compliance with corporate and clinical training requirements as well as all state, local, and federal regulations, ensuring a high standard of care is met.

• Engage in initiatives aimed at removing barriers to patient access and improving health outcomes, actively participating in team discussions and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with a diverse outpatient population consisting of individuals with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain issues. Our focus is on delivering quality, patient-centered care that prioritizes evidence-based practice and recognizes each patient's unique circumstances and health goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid physical therapy license in Florida.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist is required, demonstrating competence in various therapeutic techniques and settings.

• Current CPR certification to ensure readiness in emergency situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse patient populations and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with digital health solutions and enabling technology in physical therapy.

• A background in personal training or similar wellness-oriented programs is highly regarded.
