Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement therapy programs and techniques designed to improve patients' physical capabilities and functional independence.
• Provide therapy across a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, adapting your approach to the unique needs of each patient.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about their conditions and the healing process, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to optimize outcomes and ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to contribute to multidisciplinary care plans.
• Meet established utilization goals, enhancing both business success and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range from children requiring rehabilitation for sports injuries to elderly individuals managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active and valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to educate various patient demographics.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with patients, contributing to their overall wellness.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Experience in treatment modalities, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise plans, will be beneficial. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and outcomes tracking software will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, reflecting your skills and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
