Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 Base (depending on experience) + Bonus

We’re growing our TikTok Shop Agency division and looking for a highly experienced TikTok Shop Account Director to join our team.

This is a high-impact role responsible for owning the full operational and strategic management of TikTok Shop storefronts, driving GMV growth, and ensuring top-tier seller performance across assigned brands.

Role Overview

As a TikTok Shop Account Director, you will own the full operational and strategic management of TikTok Shop storefronts.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while overseeing shop strategy, operations, affiliate management, ads, SPS score, and reporting.

This role plays a critical part in driving brand growth, operational excellence, and long-term marketplace success.

Summary of Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end management and growth of TikTok Shop accounts for assigned brands.

Client & Strategic Ownership

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, strategy alignment, and performance reviews.

· Lead TikTok Shop strategy and execution across shop setup, listings, compliance, sampling, affiliate programs, ads, and promotions.

· Support business development efforts by representing One Tree Brands LLC’s TikTok Shop capabilities to prospective partners.

Operational Leadership

· Build operational SLAs both internal and external, including onboarding documentation, promotional calendars, P&L management, and workflows.

· Manage daily shop operations including order flow, fulfillment tracking, SPS monitoring, SLAs, and violation resolution.

· Oversee shop setup, listings optimization, category compliance, and performance standards.

· Manage Operations team to ensure streamlined and efficient execution.

Affiliate & Creator Management

· Build, activate, and manage creator and affiliate programs.

· Oversee outreach initiatives, sampling approvals, and creator partnerships.

· Drive community engagement and long-term affiliate growth.

Ads & Growth Strategy

· Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok Shop ad campaigns.

· Execute growth strategies across pricing, promotions, creator activations, and assortment planning.

· Drive GMV growth while maintaining strong ROI performance.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

· Track and analyze performance metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion, affiliate contribution, and ads performance.

· Deliver weekly performance reports highlighting insights, risks, opportunities, and growth recommendations.

Job Requirements

· 4 years of eCommerce Account Management. 2+ years of direct TikTok Shop experience (Operations, Ads, Affiliate Management, SPS Management).

· Proven track record managing and scaling TikTok Shop storefronts with measurable GMV growth at TikTok Shop Agencies.

· Deep understanding of TikTok Shop SLAs, violations, SPS scoring, and creator commerce ecosystems.

· Strong operational leadership and team management experience.

· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

· Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

· Strong analytical, reporting, and client communication skills.

· eCommerce or marketplace experience (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart) is a plus.
