Sales Manager

The company is a construction firm specializing in the installation of complex steel structures and heavy industrial equipment for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Their services cover the full project lifecycle, from early planning and engineering support through to complete on-site installation, with a strong focus on safety, high-quality workmanship, and efficient, on-time project delivery. Generate new bid opportunities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and profit targets. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the industrial market. Serve as the front-facing representative for complex industrial capabilities Coordinate with internal estimating and operations teams to advance opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in structural steel erection Proven success in developing new business and achieving sales goals.
