Accounting Specialist | Hands-On Accounting Role with a Stable Schedule SALARY: $30.00 – $32.00/hr. SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Temp to Hire

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage billing, collections, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Complete bank, credit card, and AP/AR reconciliations. Prepare and post journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance. Maintain financial records and reporting using QuickBooks Online. Support month-end close and assist with tax preparation by gathering and reviewing financial documentation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong experience with QuickBooks Online , including AP, AR, billing, collections, and reconciliations. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word , along with experience preparing journal entries and working with the general ledger. Understanding of financial statements, including profit & loss and balance sheets, and month-end accounting processes. Experience working with CPAs and providing documentation for tax preparation. Familiarity with contracts, CSLB compliance, and corporate documentation is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
