Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Create pre-crisis and crisis plans, as well as behavioral and medication treatment protocols to support client goals.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that meets all regulatory requirements, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to enhance diagnostic accuracy and inform treatment methodologies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to craft and implement positive behavior support strategies.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate holistic care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, alongside a benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being.
