NANA Healthcare Management is a growing healthcare organization supporting multiple behavioral health, medical, and healthcare service entities throughout Georgia. As our organization continues to grow, we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team to provide a more consistent, organized, and proactive recruiting process across our facilities.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and work closely with our Lead Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers across the organization.

This is a hands-on recruiting position for someone who enjoys working with candidates, building pipelines, sourcing talent, staying organized, and moving candidates through the hiring process. The ideal candidate is comfortable picking up the phone, conducting candidate screens, following up with hiring managers, and managing multiple openings at once.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the day-to-day recruiting operations for NANA Healthcare Management and its affiliated facilities.

This position will have responsibility for reviewing applicants, actively sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening conversations, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate candidate records, and helping hiring managers move candidates through the recruiting process.

As the team grows, recruiters will be assigned primary responsibility for designated facilities and/or departments. This structure is intended to create stronger ownership, better communication, and greater consistency throughout the hiring process.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner and work closely with hiring managers and Human Resources throughout the recruitment and hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Candidate Management

• Review and evaluate incoming applications against position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens and candidate qualification conversations.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process by phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, next steps, availability, and hiring decisions.
• Maintain an organized and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process.
• Identify and re-engage qualified candidates from previous applicant pools when appropriate.

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Proactively source qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct outbound recruiting and cold calls to prospective candidates.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on facility needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Research and identify potential candidates who may not have actively applied to an open position.
• Maintain ongoing pipelines for high-volume and critical healthcare positions.

Scheduling & Recruiting Coordination

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
• Manage multiple interview schedules and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
• Confirm interviews and communicate scheduling details clearly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Monitor interview completion and follow up on outstanding feedback or next steps.
• Help minimize candidate drop-off by maintaining timely communication throughout the process.

ATS & Recruiting Administration

• Maintain accurate candidate information, notes, statuses, communication history, interview activity, and disposition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Keep candidate pipelines current and ensure applicants are moved through the appropriate recruiting stages.
• Create and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms.
• Monitor open requisitions and identify candidates requiring follow-up.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation.
• Ensure recruiting activity is documented consistently and accurately.

Hiring Manager Support

• Maintain regular communication with assigned hiring managers regarding open positions and candidate activity.
• Follow up on interview feedback, candidate decisions, and outstanding hiring steps.
• Help hiring managers maintain momentum on open positions.
• Communicate recruiting challenges, candidate trends, and pipeline concerns to the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Develop a strong understanding of assigned facilities, departments, staffing needs, and hiring priorities.

Team & Process Development

• Work closely with the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to improve recruiting workflows and processes.
• Take ownership of assigned facilities and recruiting activity as the team structure develops.
• Assist with recruiting projects, sourcing initiatives, hiring campaigns, and process improvement efforts.
• Help establish consistent recruiting practices across NANA Healthcare Management and its affiliated organizations.
• Support the development of a more centralized Talent Acquisition process as the organization continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening experience.
• Comfortable conducting phone screens and cold calls/outbound recruiting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Professional and personable communication style.
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday.

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting within healthcare, behavioral health, medical, social services, or other high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting for clinical positions.
• Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing platforms.
• Experience managing multiple facilities, departments, or business units.
• Experience working with an ATS and maintaining recruiting pipelines.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting or hard-to-fill positions.
