Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid California SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with K-12 students in diverse school environments is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to craft individualized treatment plans and track student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and adjust IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals and small groups
• Maintain detailed documentation and communicate progress with staff and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the school community
