Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in scheduling, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Our social workers connect with clients and families through virtual platforms, utilizing technology to maintain high-quality interactions while focusing on continuity of care. While the position primarily adheres to these hours, there may be occasional evening or weekend commitments based on client needs, requiring on-call availability to address urgent situations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of elderly clients, incorporating emotional, mental, and social aspects to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
