Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Inner Harmony Healing Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and home health aides, to coordinate and optimize care for clients.

• Conducting regular home visits to monitor the health, safety, and overall well-being of clients, providing intervention as necessary.

• Facilitating communication and decision-making among family members involved in the care process, supporting conflict resolution where needed.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and care plans in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensing as a Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Florida.
