Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position that allows for work-life balance while providing essential services to a diverse clientele. While the standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, flexibility is key in this role. You may occasionally need to adjust your schedule to meet client needs, which may include evening or weekend hours. Additionally, there might be a need for on-call availability to manage urgent situations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of the psychosocial needs of seniors, considering their emotional and social contexts.

• Collaborate closely with clients and their families to create customized care plans that align with their specific goals and preferences.

• Provide counseling and emotional support, helping clients navigate transitions such as health changes, loss, or caregiving challenges.

• Advocate for the rights of clients, ensuring they have access to appropriate community resources and support services.

• Work with an interdisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, to coordinate and enhance care efforts effectively.

In this role, you will primarily work with elderly clients, many of whom face complex psychosocial issues related to aging, health transitions, or the loss of loved ones. Your expertise will help improve their overall quality of life and assist them in their interactions with family members, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a social work setting, preferably with a focus on geriatric populations.

• A strong understanding of social work principles and aging-related challenges, along with familiarity with community resources available to seniors.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
