Business Development Manager

Ergomed seeks a Business Development Manager in Raleigh, NC to drive pipeline growth and identify commercial opportunities across North American territories. The role focuses on lead generation, prospect engagement, relationship development, and deal closure in alignment with sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, qualify, and maintain robust pipeline through systematic prospecting and outreach
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities
- Represent company at client meetings, bid defence presentations, and account reviews
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses and negotiate commercial documentation and agreements
- Manage customer relationships via CRM systems and maintain sales forecasting accuracy
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or related commercial role
- Proven success identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales forecasting tools
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering expertise
- Financial acumen including P&L statement and business metrics understanding
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple initiatives
