Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, offering flexibility to accommodate the unique needs of our staff. You will interact mainly with clients over the phone, and in some cases, provide in-person support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients via telephone and in-person assessments, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate services.

• Participate actively in creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Gather detailed information regarding each client's situation to provide thorough evaluations and necessary interventions.

• Offer empathetic support and information to clients and their families, guiding them toward additional resources and services.

• Maintain accurate case records, documenting all interactions and progress to inform future treatment strategies.

• Actively monitor for signs of child abuse or other critical issues, ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable populations.

• Provide crisis intervention support, employing your skills to help clients navigate emergencies effectively.

• Collaborate with other agencies and service providers to facilitate referrals and enhance the support networks available to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will interact with include children, adolescents, and families who are experiencing significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Many of these individuals face a variety of circumstances such as trauma, mental health disorders, and familial issues related to substance abuse. Your role will be vital in providing them with guidance, resources, and therapeutic intervention that assists in their recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Spring Edge Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
