Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, addressing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Utilize assessments and established psychological tests to accurately evaluate and diagnose clients’ mental health conditions.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, aligning with clients’ goals and circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, including assessment of suicidal ideation and referral for hospitalization when necessary.

• Engage with educators and school administrators to ensure a comprehensive support structure for clients, enhancing their overall adjustment and success in school.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including treatment plans, progress notes, and service delivery records, in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical policies to enhance service delivery across the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school environment, providing a range of mental health services designed to support their emotional and psychological development. Qualifications\n
