Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake sessions and psychosocial assessments to identify the needs of students and their families.

• Develop and present individualized treatment plans to interdisciplinary teams for review and implementation, ensuring that each plan aligns with best practices in mental health and addiction therapy.

• Engage in clinical case conferences to discuss client progress, share insights, and update interventions as needed.
\n
• Facilitate educational lectures focused on chemical dependency, tailoring content to meet the varying levels of understanding among participants.

• Provide a range of counseling services, including individual, group, family, and multi-family therapy, with an emphasis on addressing chemical dependency issues.

• Support clients through comprehensive case management services, coordinating resources and referrals to maximize client support and care.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and digital tools to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on evolving needs and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating challenges related to mental health and chemical dependency. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, requiring a culturally competent approach that respects their unique experiences and perspectives. You will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and recovery, leveraging therapeutic techniques that promote healing and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Valid Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant post-graduate experience in addiction medicine therapy within the last five (5) years.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a school or educational setting, preferably with adolescents and families facing substance use challenges.

• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering psychoeducation and facilitating group therapy sessions.

• Familiarity with using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
