Project Manager – Capital Projects Step into a project leadership role where your expertise directly shapes the future of grain handling and milling operations. As a Project Manager specializing in capital projects, you will oversee the full lifecycle of large‑scale system installations by guiding projects from initial concept through commissioning. You will collaborate closely with engineering, vendors, and onsite teams to deliver reliable, efficient solutions that help customers maximize operational performance. Responsibilities Provide execution strategy and conduct final project negotiations; ensure project schedule baseline is approved prior to project commencement. Manage and lead project teams to achieve and further improve cost, schedule, quality, and EHS targets. Ensure proper project deviation management; assess, approve, and expedite technical aspects of change orders and define effective claim strategies for customers, partners, subcontractors, etc. Prepare and perform project reviews and facilitate site briefing meetings, ensuring all site-related documents are delivered to site personnel, and organize and participate in debriefing meetings following project conclusion. Implement and maintain operating standards to ensure quality project results and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operation of projects. Establish internal prevention and detection controls which address potential risks of inefficiency, ineffectiveness, fraud, abuse, or mismanagement with reasonable assurance. Provide guidance and support to project team members. Participate in continual learning activities and apply practical application to work performed. Arrive at work predictably and promptly. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills You'll Need Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, automation engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution. 3 years of experience in a project engineering role. 3 years of experience overseeing projects in the grain handling industry. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Experience with 3D Mechanical and Architectural software preferred. SAP experience preferred. Experience with Gantt charts preferred. PMI certification is a plus. Strong communication skills required. Ability to speak and understand English. Ability to travel 15% of the time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
